Enemy or Ally? Last we heard Daleks wanted to EXTERMMINATE CANCER!
Sarah Duck met Anjli Mohindra (Rani Chandra from “The Sarah Jane Adventures”) at Chicago TARDIS 2012.
**ENCRYPTED MEMO FROM HQ**
12-12-12 - the last repeating day that most of us will ever see (unless you are a supervillian who has perfected your cryo-chamber). Team GEEK wants to mark such a nerdy date with a special drive! By 12 midnight on the night of 12-12 we want to meet a couple of special goals, and YOU can help us do that!
12 team members: Help us reach a full complement to seat the Jedi High Council by joining our team. Anyone can join.
12 donations: If we could get 12 donations - either to individual team members, or to the team in general - we would be happier than Pinkie Pie on the hap-happy-happiest of days.
12 survivors: If you are a cancer survivor contact us about attending Relay events in the upcoming year, especially the recognition you will receive (and food!) at our Relay For Life of Norridge/Harwood Heights event on August 9, 2013.
So, help Team GEEK tell cancer “May The Great Bird of the Galaxy Fly Up Your Nose”, and make 12-12-12 a memorable day in many ways. Help it set the future for so many people. Join us at http://main.acsevents.org/goto/TeamGEEK.
Please help boost this signal!
“My Sarah, how you have changed.”

Burn Gorman with Sarah Duck at Chicago TARDIS 2012.
Team GEEK worked with Burn Gorman Online their first year, and helped raise funds for both the American Cancer Society (US) and Teenage Cancer Trust (UK). It was a pleasure to finally meet him in person.
With Simon Fisher-Becker at this year’s Chicago TARDIS. You would think he was trying to hide his head from someone…
Sarah Duck has too much heart to let the villian take over the con. She stood up to him just like she stands up to cancer.
